I hear you can buy the WiFi apparatus separately because they no longer sell them at local stores. They said Sprint bought the clear company. 0_0 4951

@carolinabonita: We have it, and it's fine. No complaints here.

We had it at our apartment a couple years back because what the complex wanted to charge was a scam. It was fine, reliable definitely. When we bought our house we got suddenlink because it was faster and I need high speed for work. I still have the modem in case someday we need to go back. 4951

When we move there next spring/summer, I will need high-speed for my work also. I have to also have three phone lines installed. But you say it's called Suddenlink? And it works great? Do you have to pay extra for higher high speed? 4951

I had my problems with suddenlink (a few days I ended up working out of starbucks) but all has been good for a while. You'll find lots of posts on here with people complaining about the lack of solid internet options in the area.  4951
