Yep! Yoga will help- also heat and ice- heat first, stretching then ice. Make sure you get some IT band stretching done- that's the bundle of ligaments, fascia that runs down the outside of the leg ( right where the red runs). I know a fellow instructor who had this bother her for almost a year- it was bad. Good Luck!
