I had to call them Friday and Saturday because I had no service. Friday they said it would be fixed but it wasn't, so I called again on Saturday morning and they were able to fix it after being on hold for almost an hour. can't wait for my contract to be up so I can cancel and go back to suddenlink which has better speed. 4951
We are at the back of Kingwood and ours is fine. Â Suddenlink dropped out every day and in the 2-3 years since we switched to Centurylink I think they have been out twice. I guess it depends on where you live. 4951
