If you're ever near gulf gate plaza on 45 near 610. Look for a place called taco Palenque. Good menudo and Pozole there. I know that's not what you asked for but that's the best I got. 4951

It's also spelled posole. It's a Mexican soup type dish with pork roast and hominy. I threw something together. Just ate a bowl. Delish. I didn't follow a recipe just tossed in what sounded good. 4951
