DQ sells great ice cream cakes starting at $20.00....but why not make your own ? Take a chocolate cake mix & bake according to the directions on the box . Once it is cold cut the entire cake into small cubes & place into a large bowl . Take a gallon of vanilla or chocolate ice cream that has softened & mix it into the cake until blended . I use my 9 X 12  Tupperware cake  container & spray with PAM ( so it comes out ) then pour the cake & ice cream mixture into the 9 X 12 container & store in freezer for 2 to 3 hours . Comes out great & only cost about $6.00 depends on the cost of the ice cream . 4951

@WJo:   LOL    uhhhh,  You have a talent that I do not posses.  No exaggeration.  I have made cookies that turned out so bad that the NEIGHBORS were coming over to take photos and send to their friends and relatives.  I have gotten better, but I don't feel that I am capable of this yet.   I do good when my automatic bread machine produces bread. LOL   ....sometimes it doesn't and I still think it is my fault.

@DiverDude: Yup. They have a freezer in the lobby with a variety of cakes and pints of custard.
