My uneducated opinion...dodge and ford are truck trucks..Silverado is the most comfortable car like and Tacoma? That is the smaller truck. Tundra is like a silverado.

It has also been proven that men that drive big black ford trucks have big tools, so keep that in mind. 4951

Chevy has had too many recalls. I have driven Chevy's for 15 years, I went to an F250 this time. I am concerned about GM quality with all the recalls. 4951

Depends on what you want to use it for.I loved my Ridgeline.No problems, decent gas milage for a truckPulled a trailer just fine (but it has a 400/4000 pound limit)It only has a 5 foot bed, but 5 people fit in comfortably, and not 2 adults and 3 kids, 3 not real big adults fit in the back comfortably.And the best thing I liked it, the locking trunk. 4951

Usage would be recreational with light towing. I'm kind of leaning toward F150 or Tacoma.   4951

@Swamp Rat: you'll have to find a used or 2014 ridgeline, Honda ceased production for 2015 model year, Honda states in a couple years the ridgeline will reappear.

I think it depends on what you are using it for. We have an F350 platinum and its amazing for hauling. The ride is a little bumpy when not pulling or loaded. The interior is beautiful. I love our Ford. My son has a chevy 2500 . Great work truck, interior is not as nice as the Ford. 4951

Ford trucks are usually more female friendly with lots of push button features such as adjustable pedals and seats. I've also seen electric tailgates on fords.

GM trucks are not as luxurious but are easier to work on if you're a do it yourselfer and cheaper to have serviced than most.

The rigeline is also semi-cheap to service but repairs are a little more expensive.

Nissan Titan is nice but takes about 7 quarts of oil. So oil changes are expensive.

Toyota tundra is expensive too (oil changes)

@squirtismyboy: my f-150 also takes 7 qt of oil so that's a moot point.f-150 hands down for creature comforts and the towing capacity

@iCarr:

Oh wow! It must be less than 5 years old eh? I worked at a shop as a lube tech for a very short time and only remember f-150's taking 6 quarts.

That's a new one on me. Thanks for the info
