Write it down, not type it out on a computer but pen and paper. Something about pressing the pen in hard makes me feel better and the sound of the pages turning. or find a hooker and pay extra. 4951

Listen to really angry rock music, yell at a wall, some kinda workout, take deep breaths while trying to focus on my breathing, or I play video games where I get to kill things. 4951

@Odin- You need to call a friend who you can vent to. - Maybe go to a bar to play pool/darts (You don't have to drink to play)- Gym (Best option)- Take a walk or a drive- Cook an extravagant dinner that you would normally never do.- If the above 5 don't work for you, find something else that fits your lifestyle. You can do it!You'll find an outlet someway somehow. Emoticon 4951

@Odin: I had a punching bag.  I also took up Martial Arts.  i kept breaking body parts though and had to stop.Now it is yoga or dance my heart out.  I also listen to some great music.
