@Odin- You need to call a friend who you can vent to. - Maybe go to a bar to play pool/darts (You don't have to drink to play)- Gym (Best option)- Take a walk or a drive- Cook an extravagant dinner that you would normally never do.- If the above 5 don't work for you, find something else that fits your lifestyle. You can do it!You'll find an outlet someway somehow. 4951

@Odin: I had a punching bag. I also took up Martial Arts. i kept breaking body parts though and had to stop.Now it is yoga or dance my heart out. I also listen to some great music. 4951
