a little further along, not done but looking 'mo betta....Here are some pics from in side da kitchen......this is finishing up...Seafood batch is tomorrow. Doing a bit more than 10 gallons of chicken an sausage. Used 6 whole chickens, a pack a gizzards (cuz I like em) and 12 pounds of sausage, 5 bunches parsley, 10 pounds oinions, 20 Onion tops (green onion) 4 full big *** heads of garlic, 6 celeries, 20 bell pepper, Â chicken stock and misc seasonings...and lotsa LOVE babeeeee!Same thing tomorrow but with a buncha seafood....
