Because I'm taking a six week course of two antibiotics, I am concerned about getting "antibiotic diarrhea". The antibiotics kill bad bacteria, but can also kill the good bacteria in your gut. I've been looking up things that help support the intestinal tract with good bacteria (probiotics). I've got several types of yogurt (I've been eating that for several years), but also got some cultured buttermilk. My wife also found some non-fat milk kefir, which is like a liquid yogurt and tastes a lot like buttermilk. I like it and it's loaded with a variety of probiotics.  I also understand most fermented foods have probiotic bacteria, but I can't seem to find much.Anybody have any other recommendations for good probiotic foods/drinks?

Kefir comes in different flavors. I know I've found the strawberry one at HEB. Good stuff and good for you! 4951
