My son wants me to roast pumpkin seeds I will admit I have no idea how to do.... Help me with how to do this!!! Thanks

Super easy!! Olive oil, salt and pepper. Or...you can Google some really good recipes. I like them with cayenne pepper.
 
Or you can make them sweet with brown sugar and whatnot. 4951

I like both sweet and salty seasoning on pumpkin seeds, but they are delicious on their own without any seasoning at all 4951

I just use nonstick cooking spray on the pan then put the pumpkin seeds with a sprinkle of salt. I roast them on 350 for about 1/2 hr to 45 min. 4951

I don't use any oil, just wash them fresh from the pumpkin and sprinkle with sea salt and roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes 4951
