My tail bone is sore from sitting in the office chair for a couple hours.  Gotta get up and move around now. Maybe ask DH for a butt massage!Â
@foxymama:  Every 20-30 minutes, you need to stand up, stretch, and walk a little.  You also need to let your eyes focus on distant things if you've been staring at a computer. You can still ask hubbie for a butt massage when you get home!
