They do not respect their customers. They outsource their call center. I placed an order for $320 worth of products and most were on sale for over 50% off. Somehow THEY cancelled my order for "my protection" and I never got an email that it was cancelled. When I never got a shipping notice I decided to check on it. Now the items are no longer on sale (over $320 more then I paid) and they are refusing to place the order again at the same price I paid because THEY cancelled my order. I spend soooo much money between my dog and cat and saltwater aquariums up there. I would NEVER dream of doing this to my customers. NEVER! Iv never had a bad experience in the stores but I will not be returning unless this gets fixed which will be hard if they dont speak english. 4951

Keep calling and going up the chain of command. Someone somewhere has the power to do it. Make sure you keep copies of all conversations. Take notes of who you spoke to and when. Document online if need be (facebook, etc) Try posting your issue on their facebook page (they all have them) you'd be amazed at how quickly you'll get a response.  4951

I never liked Petco. PetSmart has better selection and prices, and a great return policy. Sorry about your order. Usually all that stuff is cheaper on Amazon or ebay, so try there. 4951

PetSmart wasn't any better to me. My dog came home from a grooming with cuts and scratches all over his stomach and face, and they didn't bother to say anything until I came back and asked about it. Then I filed a report with a manager and they refused to respond to it. 4951

Ya I'm sure if you google "president of petco", you might be able to get some contact info. Generally the higher higher ups don't get calls from customers directly & they have the power to actually do something for you.
I had a similar thing happen with an order from Hautelook about a year ago. I ordered a swimsuit & waited & waited & waited. For a month. I finally called customer service to find that the order couldn't be filled, but they still had a payment for the item. It took a while, but I got my money back plus some. 4951

If only pampered paws carried saltwater supplies...lol...I'd be good to go. They helped my dog go from your typical senior dog back to a puppy. After this they will be getting ALL my business for my furry little guys. Meaning I can finally get 1 of their awesome beds and beautiful collars. They already had most of my business but this sealed the deal. 4951
