If there’s one food that no one — not your doctor, your nutritionist, or even your mother — will tell you to eat less of, it’s leafy greens. Calorie for calorie, chard, collards, kale, and other leafy greens may just be the most nutritious food you can eat.LINK for your health 4951

Why does everything that's really good for you have to taste like scrapings off the bottom of your lawnmower? Why can't bacon, prime rib, sausage and fried chicken be really good for you?!? 4951

I like to take things like mustard greens, which a slight horse radish flavor, chop a couple leaves up (chiffonade) fine, and add them to other things like a herbage. You would be surprised how many you can get away with in say a salad, regular veggies, stuffing, stew, etc.You if you chop them fine enough, you can even get away with them in mashed potatoes.I can use a whole large bunch of mustard greens in 3 meals easy (leave out the stems usually, unless you can chop them like celery). You can do with this other greens also, just mustard greens actually add flavor. 4951

Just planted some spinach, arugula, bok choy and butter lettuce seeds. And I have some kale plants. Looking forward to picking them from my garden. 4951

I love greens, especially arugula! I make arugula salad with a lemon dressing that's really good. Any of those listed can be thrown into soup a couple of minutes before serving it. 4951
