TMobile customer service was great with the little things (minor issues, misc. questions, billing inquiries, etc.) until I ended up with a crappy phone that gave me nothing but problems. They gave me the run around until I got fed up, paid my accounts in full, went to Verizon that same day and got iPhones for everyone and never dealt with TMobile again. They kept calling and leaving messages, and I just blocked them.
They claimed I owed them $900 early termination for 3 lines, plus a ton of other trumped up fees that was nothing but bull****. I paid my bills completely down to zero and told them to kiss my
