We have an appointment in a few weeks with him and could only find a few reviews online. Anyone have any experience with him? Trying to switch from Care for Woman. TIA! 4951

I have lots of problems, want a second opinion mainly. I use Dr. Feuer at CFW and he delivered both my kids (but never had issues with them). 4951

Went to him years ago, will never go back to see him. He may be better now but was completely unresponsive, cold and showed no sign of compassion after i had a miscarriage late in first trimester. Even the nurses at the hospital vocalized their frustration with how he handled the situation. I also went to Care for Women and have been happy with Dr. Uribe-Torres but wanted a second opinion and have been seeing Dr. Eads in the Woodlands. Was surprised when he actually returned my call back regarding questions i had rather than having an assistant call. Good Luck 4951

He was my doctor for a few years. He can have a rough temperament sometimes. But he was sensitive when I had my miscarriage. I have some female issues and he understood them because his sister has the same issues. But my DH didn't like him when I had an emergency. So I asked some nurses in the area and they recomended Julie Bernell and Amy Plummer.
I use Julie Bernell now and she deliver my daughter. She also really understood and was sensitive to my female issues. I highly recommend her, she is the best obygyn I have used in 20 years as an adult. 4951

I also use Dr Julie B   love her! No one for 15 years would find or figure out what was wrong with me.. severe cramps and issues.  Dr B went in  to explore, found that 16 years before my tubes had been tied to my intestines, clamping off my lower intestines.  Which caused my severe pains for so long.  She fixed me up!  Then because of this mistake another dr did it caused other issues and I ended up having a hysterectomy shortly after this.  She actually sat me and my husband down in her office allowed us to ask questions without being rushed, explained in details what i would go through.  At the age of 34 hitting menopause wasn't something i was looking forward to.  But she was the best dr, more like a friend the way she discussed everything I was experiencing.I recommend her to all my friends, anyone in her office is just as nice!  I've seen Plummer a few times but mostly Julie. 4951

I would LOVE to use dr. Brunel but our insurance doesn't accept her. Trust me, I've heard so many good things. 4951

Thank you for this post. I've lived here for 13 months and still have yet to schedule in with an OBGYN. I checked and my insurance takes Dr. B, so I have an appt set in December now.

This post was a nice reminder that I had to do this, and gave me the referral info I needed. Emoticon 4951

Thanks to the most informational post. Now I know what Dr. to see now too. I just moved last December of 2013 and I will be due for my OBGYN visit next month. Emoticon I think I will try Dr. Bernell. I am very picky considering what I have been through medically.  4951

I was just trying to call Care for Women about a bill I received and the number - 281-359-7000 - when I call - it says the call cannot be completed at this time. Anyone else call there recently?  4951
