I burned the tip of my finger really bad. What do you find helps numb the pain?
So far I have just run it under cold water 4951

Walgreens has something called BurnGel. It works well and helps the healing process. 4951

Aloe Vera on the actual burn.......Take an Aleve and hydrate......Or you can substitute weed for the Aleve... 4951

When I did the same, I got a cup with iced water and stuck my finger in it for 15 minutes. That hurt a little more, but I got used to it after a while and it helped. 4951

@buffaloglenn: True enough, but I took Aleve once when I had a sore back, and it felt like it was eating a hole in my stomach. For aches and pains I like using EE Oil. It smells decent and really helps.

Get some burn cream. This summer my daughter spilled burning hot soup on her stomach and when we went to the er they put burn cream in it. It helps a lot. 4951
