You should have some then, just dont have it at every meal. You are setting yourself up for failure. Just make sure its lean and well done.
@BooBear: I agree with you on lean. I don't agree with well-done. One, done-ness has no impact on fat content. Two, well-done meat is harder to digest. Three, dry meat is yucky.
