There was an outage last night and another this afternoon, according to Suddenlink.
I work remotely and internet went out around 11:30 today and didn't get back on until after 2. My computer never picked up the return signal on its own, so I had to reboot. They didn't work, so I called and they had me unplug the modem and reboot the computer again,
Then I had issues connecting to my remote access, though I had internet. Rough day but it's all sorted now. 4951
