My husband and I ate at Lucilles two Sundays ago.  I purchased the Mississippi Farm Raised Catfish platter.   We have been wanting a good seafood place close by in Kingwood.  We used a coupon that came in the mail and received an appetizer for free.  We ordered the Shrimp and Crab Au Gratin.  We saved $12.99 and it was delicious.  My plate came with lots of fries and four pieces of 5 or 6 inch catfish, real hot and laying across the top of my plate over the fries.  They were fried just the way I asked for them.  I wanted them well done but not burned.  My husbands were a little lighter in color just like he wanted.  I also got a salad with my catfish plate.  I think we got bread also.  We were definitely full and the service was very friendly and ready to please.  Great Sunday lunch.  We plan to go back and it looks like their business is picking up. 4951

I love that place.  Hoping they are lurking, I would also love to see them expand their menu a bit to include fish tacos and a few more lighter dishes.  As much as most everyone loves the fried items and the fries, those are occassional vices.  I would likely go every week if they added fish tacos.  4951

We went today for a late lunch. We were the only people there besides a couple eating at the bar. I first had the corn crab bisque. I am from New Orleans so my expectations were high. I thought it was very good. Lots of crabmeat, my favorite. I had the seafood medley pasta for my meal. It was delicious! Lots of crabmeat, crawfish, and shrimp! Light sauce. Very, very good. Plenty of leftovers to boot. Now my husband just had the lunch shrimp and sweet potato fries plate. So so. There were 7 shrimp, overfried  about a minute. The fries were good. Plate was served a little skimpy looking. Maybe should be served in a basket? We will go back. I have another coupon to use. Will order anything that is not fried. Looking forward to trying the augratin appetizer. That looks good. I hope more folks give it a shot. Would like to see this place make it. I think it could use a few more lunch specials on the everyday menu. 4951

I really enjoyed this place. I hope we can keep it. That location hasn't done well in the past, but I'm hoping this one will last! 4951
