EXTREMELY easy. I am slowly losing weight. The hard part about riding it is folks always want to stop and visit about the bike. I get a LOT of comments about it. I bought mine from www.utahtrikes.com/R ECENTTRIKE-4304249_H PVelotechnikGekko%28 Standard%29.htm the internet. No tax and about 700 dollars cheaper than from a local dealer here in town. I love this thing. It certainly is a lot of fun. I live in Fosters mill and am discovering new paths every day on the greenbelt. I just go for a couple of hours till I get tired (always get lost) then go to a road I know and return home. I have made a couple trips from here to Huffman and back. Those were my longest. My *** is only a couple inches off the ground and the fun is back in cycling for me. EZ on the back and ***, no pressure on the arms or back and it CERTAINLY gets the ol ticker going and you get a good workout. I frequently come home drenched and wet, but smilin! On my "comfort bike" I would be singin suprano after only a couple of miles and it was work not fun. 4951

My husband has one. Until the other day he hasn't been on it in a while. He was busy with landscaping & outdoor stuff. The one thing though is my husband doesn't need to lose weight. If he doesn't need a lot of stuff at the grocer he will ride his bike to the local stores. They say the recumbent bikes use more muscles, especially abdominal  than a regular upright bike. 4951

Goodwife, ask him if he wants to hook up to go riding. More fun with another. Trikes are a bit slower than regular bikes so the pace is more relaxed. I can still go an ez 30 miles a day tho.... 4951
