I wish there were other companies to compete with Suddenlink. This company doesn't honor their word. Very unreliable! Am I the only one that feel this way? 4951

I've been very happy with Comcast at the business versus Suddenlink at home. I'd switch in a heartbeat. Suddenlink has horrible service and even more horrid customer service. 4951
We are with centurylink, our internet fluctuates from fast, to slow....to dropping off completely. Pain in the butt if you are in the middle of posting on KDC Â or doing anything online for that matter. 4951

It seems like half of my bill are fees. I wish we had more selection so that the companies would have to compete a little more. Our bill is way too high for what we get. 4951

Aside from price I'm happy. SEC Network! Been great about replacing bad equipment. My parents had issues in the back of kingwood. But in woodland hills service is money 4951

I feel the same way. Ive had suddenlink for many years only because there the only ones around. I have just recently switched to directv and have been pretty happy with them and there staff. 4951
