I am going to try the impossible... Starting tomorrowI am going stop the intake of all non natural sugar. NO soda, no candy, no snack, sweet tea, no sugar in coffeeI am going to stop caffeine except I will be allowed one small 1 cup of coffee (with only cream and no sugar) per day. I don't drink that much coffee anyway. If miss my coffee then I cant make it up. That means no Starbucks, or ice coffee or espressos.I am going to drink more water.I am going to cut back all alcohol,,, (this is going to be hard) except on super special events, such as a going away event for a co worker... so no alcohol at the meet-ups. bye bye margaritasMy goal is to start August 1st and see what I can accomplish within 1 month. More training and more water. No make up days,, and only cheats meals on special occasions. You cant eat healthy at a Mexican restaurant. I know there will be days when my body will required a little sugar and salt, so I will have to adjust.I want to see how much body fat I can lose. If I keep this up for 1 month, maybe I can keep it going. I don't want to start one of those special control meal diets,, I just want to cut the sugars as much as possible. I think this is why I cant lose the body fat.Â
@KTownTexican: You can do it!!! When I had to have cancer treatments I did the same thing. I loved my cokes and now when I even taste a coke it does not taste good to me. Its important to drink that one cup of coffee so you won't get headaches without caffeine. Make sure to eat apples or have natural sugar. I feel much better even though I am on treatments. It does make a difference.
