I like how easy it is to shop online because they always have what your looking for.
But does anyone else have the problem with their items at times being damaged or the wrong item shipped. I don't buy from someone that just started or the warehouse deals. This last time I ordered 4 things and had to send 3 items back 1 of them was damaged the other 2 wrong items. Granted they shipped out the correct items and did 2 day shipping. But still. Pain in the rear. 4951

I don't ever recall having a problem with damaged goods from Amazon. BTW, I noticed last night a bunch of the classic TV shows on DVD are on sale this week only. Really good deals - at least 50% off. 4951

I shop extensively on Amazon and have not had even one item that was not as advertised.  Usually my items arrive before the due date.  Amazon sends requests for me to rate the packaging a few days after I receive an item.  I do tend to stick to high rated sellers though. 4951

I've only had a problem with my order one time, and it wasn't even Amazons fault. The UPS driver delivered my stuff to the wrong house. The people even called them back and told them they delivered to the wrong house in which UPs said they would swing back by and pick it up. Two days later, the people ended up dropping it off for me because UPS never picked it back up. 4951

I have never had an issue. If anything, the only problem I have is it is way too easy to buy. 4951

I am doing the free 30 day trial of Prime right now. I love having everything arrive so quickly and easily but do I want to spend over $100 for it? I am still debating. 4951

Amazon Prime is definitely worth it! With the free two day shipping, movie streaming, and music, it more than makes up for the cost of the membership. 4951

Join Amazon Prime, then you don't have to worry about who is selling what.  The only real issue is the Buy with 1 Click!  That is flat out dangerous.  No info to input.  You click and stuff shows up at your house!
@Fallon:  I agree.  Amazon Prime is the way to go.  It more than pays for itself throughout the year.  In fact, if I need something, I'd rather get it from Amazon than run around, store to store, looking for it.  I figure if Amazon doesn't have it, then it likely isn't available.

I also adore the One-Click option.  No other way to go than with Amazone Prime and One-Click.  4951

Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones. I buy from ones with high ratings low complaints too. I shop all the time online from other places no problems. 4951

Not to mention one free book a month from the lending library if you have a Kindle.  Also, for those of you that travel, with the new Kindle and an Amazon prime, you can download content to your device and watch it offline.  Perfect for watching movies or shows on an airplane. 4951
