Pretty easy to do.  I have done a few when i was doing DTV installs.  if you dont have the heat reflective shield in your attic in can even work in there.   installation is gonna depend on your location and your HOA.use this website to help determine direction and the type of antenna you willl need.www.antennaweb.org/A ddress.aspx 4951

I hope you have more luck than I did a few years ago. I got fed up with paying cable bills and was gonna show 'em. I went to Best Buy and gave 'em my sob story...and he said I'd probably be fine with a low-cost digital antenna. I was THRILLED! Cancelled my cable with Suddenlink, installed the antenna and got NUTTIN...went back and got a more expensive (aka powerful) one, hired Geeks to install and they said there were too many trees on my street to get a good enough signal.
Went crawling back to Suddenlink and by then, rates had gone up and I ended up having to pay more.
Lesson learned: don't cancel cable before finding out if your antenna will work. Good luck! 4951

We had antennae t.v for 5 years. We got about 20 channels. Mostly Hispanic. But we loved it! Free tv and we got the major stations plus pbs. We'll go back to that when Our two year contract is up with Direct t.V! 4951

you can install those antennas in the attic. simple to do and run the cable down to your tv. you pick up lots of stations and you simply block the ones you don't want. you can get all the broadcast stations and pbs and that includes the sideband stations. a good antenna is about 60 bucks as a kit with a run of coax included 4951
