I love Sriracha, but I can't imagine using it on everything. I like it on Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese or Indian food. On American or Cajun food, I still use Trappey's Red Devil or something similar. On a cheesy or creamy dish, I just sprinkle cayenne.I'm a spice junkie.

I agree. Sriracha is great on Asian food, but I prefer the Louisiana red sauce on most other foods. 4951
