Strip the fresh leaves off, dry roast them a minute, beyond them in a spice grinder. Put some sprigs in a bottle with vinegar or oil to flavor it. 4951
Put a bunch in a vase - smells nice for a long time. Place a sprig in your olive oil dispenser, along with garlic. Great for cooking! Use a large handful directly on hot charcoal before grilling. Great flavor for chicken, pork, and lamb kabobs! Add to foil-wrapped veggies on grill. Corn on the cob, potatoes, or any veggie combo. 4951
