I'm going to play around with some veggie burger recipes the next few days, but I have question first: Are eggs ok?? They're one of the best binders for meatloaf or burgers. I know there are several levels of Vegetarians, but I need a percentage here. Is it better to just not use any eggs at all and choose another route from the get-go, or are the majority of veggie burger fans ok with cackle fruit? Also, where does milk fall in the pecking order? And is there any other ingredients that I may think are ok, but are a no-no for faux burger eaters??
