I am on a fish kick(eating it daily). I love tuna, salmon and mahi mahi but wouldn't mind trying something new. What's your favorite type of fish to eat? 4951

Sea Bass (as long as it is cooked correctly and not overdone)   When it's done perfect, it tastes like it was basted in butter.   Exquisite.  IMO,  surpasses lobster any day of the week. 4951

Never had Sea bass or red fish. I might try Monkfish next.  I bought all the squid that the large Kroger had-going to look for recipes on different ways to cook it other than in pasta. 4951

Fried CATFISH!!! An indulgence! I found a meat and three joint called MOMS just down the road from the Airport. It was delish! Catfish had the perfect batter! We used to go every 6 weeks to the casinos in Tunica. Paula Deen had a great buffet at The Grand. Catfish was super there too! I love Catfish! 4951

Halibut, haddock and cod are my favorite.  These have the least fishy tastes of all the fish.  4951

Agree on the Haddock. Hard to find down here, but we did find it at Seafood Plus, over in Huffman. He also carries whole octopus.  4951

@bp2018: Where does he fish? DH and DD catch red fish but we are afraid to eat it.
