Where do you usually get your meat from?
@mpjp0907: It really depends on what I'm using it for and if something's on sale or not. I stock up on certain things, if the price/quality is worth it. If there isn't a sale and I need it now, then:
*pork loin, shoulder/butt, ribs and chicken I get at Sam's*brisket comes from HEB mostly*sausage I pick up just about anywhere*boneless turkey breasts are from Restaurant Depot*beef ribs HAVE to come from a butcher/meat market..and I've used severalAll that being said, it REALLY comes down to how the meat looks when I'm out shopping. I've seen "not so good" cuts at the above stores before, and great looking cuts at others. You just have to know what to look for.
