Ok so I was looking for a used Tundra and came across this used 2014 Tundra for sale with only 3200 miles on it... is this a normal change of hands? The individual only had it just under 2 months. So does it look like the guy traded it in for a Dodge and then Dodge sold it at auction? Why wouldn't they try to sell it on their lot - something wrong with the truck?  Sure has changed hands a lot!?!

Strange for sure.  I do know one thing about the Tundra's... They will pass anything on the road except a gas station.  Very thirsty vehicles for sure! 4951

You never know why people do things.Dealers make a lot of exchanges and transfers among themselves, so I wouldn't worry about the Joe Myers/Don McGill or the NW Dodge/Texas Auto Direct tranfers/sells.  If you like the truck and it's a good price, buy it.  If there is any major issues with it, you'll find out with a long test drive. 4951

If it's a 2014, then the original manufacturer's warranty is, and will still be, valid for several more years in-case something should arise with the vehicle........Check the Car-Fax...........Also, as long make sure that the title is clear, and not a salvage title..........Both of those documents would prove if the truck has been be free of any accidents or flooding issues..........We're a Toyota family here..........They're extremely reliable vehicles...........And that the trucks are manufactured right here in Texas is just an added plus.....My hubb currently drives a 2011 Toyota Tundra with close to 80,000 miles on it..........Love it....  Never have had any issues whatsoever..........We've also owned a Toyota Tacoma.....  ....Great trucks - No complaints here....... ....I'm almost certain that's the only brand of truck my hubb will ever own..... 4951

I would just buy a brand new one - they are probably not discounting it that much. It would be worth it for your peace of mind. 4951

My Toyota truck (T100 right before the Tundra) went 128,000 miles before it needed anything besides normal wear things. Then the starter went out. Plus it was 9 years old. 4951

I had my first Tacoma for 11 years, my second for 12.  My third is in it's 7th year and have only changed oil, filters, and the battery.  4951
