>> Dude came up BEHIND me and started rubbing my back with a massage ball. I really should have just swung my fist back. Can you tell I regret not doing that? Lmao! I don't know who they worked for. Â
@mpjp0907 You call and ask. They'd just deny it to whoever they work for anyway and/or just get a slap on the wrist.
@topcat: Press charges, police can get the security tape. Â Granted, not sure if it really constitutes assault or harassment. Â Not a cop obviously.
@Odin:
@manhunter might know?!
@mpjp0907: Unless you suffered any kind of injury it would be hard to prove assault. Had he rubbed other parts of your body with the massage ball, other parts that I'm sure you can figure out, then you could have filed charges for unwanted sexual contact or something along those lines. Based on what I've read so far, about the only criminal nexus would be maybe harassment. I doubt that you would be successful in getting the locals to file any charges. At a minimum I would find out who they work for and file a complaint with their employer. I would hope that Sam's would ensure that they are no longer allowed in their store. Had you punched him in the face, you would probably be able to articulate self-defense out of fear of your safety based on his continual harassment and following you.Â
