Both for work and causal.  Work is very casual but execs are moving near me soon, so have to upgrade to at least business casual.  Also need everyday clothes.   What are good places (online) that you recommend and what styles?If it were just up to me, I'd just wear plaid shirts with jeans, with crappy shoes.   But that just ain't going to cut it anymore.Age range:  upper 30's to lower 40's.  Weight/height proportionate.  Average build.    4951

Kohl's online has good sales and good coupon deals, especially if you use the Kohl's charge. Croft & Barrow is a decent brand for business casual that is sturdy enough to hold up to many washes. 4951

www.amazon.com - they will carry all the popular name brands and styles and in many cases be cheaper than the major department stores. 4951

@Odin....Dude.........You gotta hit up TJ Maxx in Atascocita.........They carry lots of brand name clothing at a really decent price........I've shopped there for my hubb's threads many times:.....Polo collared shirts, Polo plain pocket t-shirts (100% cotton, so they're comfy, cool and nice looking.....)  .....I've scored him some casual t-shirts to kick it in, like O'Neil..........As well as dress slacks, and a few nice button down dress shirts and pullover sweaters........For shorts though, my hubb will only sport Cargo shorts, and the ones that he liked (and weren't either too long or too short) we found him at Target.....   4951

I grew with those who said Khols, especially if you shop smart and use coupons. Or Amazon since you can find a wide variety. Just make sure you know how the different brands fit on you first. I usually check out a department store to try them on, then order them from Amazon for much cheaper. 4951

@Annie:

Funny you should mention that as I used a 25% off one on there today. Got a few shirts.

I'll go to a real store for pants. Buying pants is tough to do online.

I used to shop at TJ Maxx but I just can't stand digging through the racks anymore. I hardly have time to shop so I'm in and out of my go to stores. Black House White Market, Ann Taylor, Kohls and Macy's. I can't do the online thing for my clothes, I like to try on. But I do order my girls clothes online. 4951

I say Brooks Brothers if you have execs moving near you then you want to look professional.  Look for their sales.  If they are really casual, how about J Crew?  They are very stylish.  Remember it is important to dress nicely in the business world if you want to get promoted.   4951

@calliecat:

And that's the reason for upgrading wardrobe. I've reach the limit that I can without dressing professionally.

I think we should all nominate @Odin for "What Not to Wear" so he can get the $5000 Visa card and have Clinton and Stacy shop for him. 4951
