What do you consider a healthy breakfast?This morning I had 2 cups of egg whites and 6oz of red potato. 4951

I have a greek yogurt and half an English muffin. And am working on copious amounts of coffee. (That's the not-so-healthy part.) I'd say anything that offers you protein and/or fiber would be a good start to the day. What do I know, though... I'm not even 1/10th as healthy as you (if that's a real pic of you!). Hmmmmm...... 4951

I have a greek yogurt and half an English muffin. And am working on copious amounts of coffee. (That's the not-so-healthy part.) I'd say anything that offers you protein and/or fiber would be a good start to the day. What do I know, though... I'm not even 1/10th as healthy as you (if that's a real pic of you!). Hmmmmm......
 
@ctl74: Lol yes, that is a real picture. I'm a trainer in the area just trying to spark healthy conversation with people. Good input on eating protein and fiber! Right on!

I can't eat fiber-health issues.  I am on an egg and avocado kick right now. Yesterday I had sweet potato fries with chicken and cheese. 4951

Veggie omelette (no butter) with maybe fresh fruit on the side.
 
If I get started with toast or English muffin, even the wheat version, I will want more than one piece. 4951

@mpjp0907: I am having half to a whole one everyday. If I don't have some with breakfast, I will eat a h;f one plain later in the day. It helps that they are cheap right now Emoticon

My 3 go to breakfasts
Smoothie- kale or spinnach, strawberries, blueberries, bananna, skim milk, protein powder
 
Oatmeal with strawberries or blueberries and walnuts
 
Oatmeal ( uncooked) mixed into Greek yogurt, touch of honey and blueberries or strawberries
 
On occasion 1egg and 1egg white scrambled- not fond of eggs 4951

I have never been able to eat a large breakfast. When I am trying to eat healthy, I will have a cup of cottage cheese with pineapple tidbits.Or a serving of oatmeal with virgin coconut oil and pineapples.I know eggs are a good source of protein, but I don't like to eat them often. I prefer them with tangy flavors, so I will sometimes have scrambled eggs (more white than yolk) with spinach and hollandaise sauce or make deviled eggs for lunch.I always have coffee with half&half and sugar. I have tried to use stevia, but I can't stick with it. @okiedokie: I have read good things about coconut sugar. I think I need to try it. 4951
