Any suggestions to protect my new cement patio from potted plant stains? 4951

they sell matched bottoms to place the pots on if you are talking the red clay pots. you could also check into rolling a sealer on the fresh cement to make it nonporous 4951

I purchased  several clear plastic protectors from Lowes , they are not expensive & you can get them in several different sizes .....here in Ky. they cost 29 cents to 99 cents depending on the size you need. 4951

by the by, the sealer for cement and concrete also works on garage floors. rather nice if you have a clean garage floor to be able to just wipe drips up when working on the car or if you have a leak instead the floor becoming stained 4951

The flat bottomed, bottoms will cause a stain over time because moisture usually builds up under them, rain washes debris up and around it, etc. The do make some with 3 small legs that elevate the bottom slightly that seems to do the trick better than others.I just haven't seen any around lately.Also if you only a few, they make plastic bottoms with casters to make them easy to push around. But those a little expensive for many pots and typically are only for larger pots. 4951
