Quest is a joke. Always has been.
Â
I was a student there the first two years it was open. No matter how many times they try to re-invent the curriculum, it never works. I'd love to see what percentage of quest kids have GED's compared to kids at KHS or KPHS. I guarantee its double at quest.

Get your kid back in a normal high school before its too late.
@PedroDePacas: Well I hope for my son's sake, you are wrong! I know in the beginning, Quest was an alternative school but it was changed in 2010, I believe, to an early college school, which is supposed to mean my son and the others, if they get all their credits, etc, will graduate with an associate's degree as well as a high school diploma. I do not want him going to a "regular" high school as I sincerely do not think he will fare well in that type of environment. He is somewhat of a misfit, lol, very bright and just not other kids his age. Our daughter did great at her high school but I don't feel our son would.I received a reply from the vice principal. She mentioned voluntary tutoring that teachers offer, and I know about that, it just upsets me that THIS tutoring is mandatory, they are MAKING him go, for the good of the school. That is what bothers me.Anywho, thanks to all who replied
