Sad when the sex scenes were the best part and even those were nothing to write home about.  4951

Whaaaat?! We watched it last night & I loved it!!! Leo did an awesome job. Dallas Buyers Club is on the schedule for next weekend. Also taking DD to see the new Captain America next weekend. Really dug Wolf of Wallstreet though. 4951

@Heathur: Not a big Leo fan....We are watching Dallas Buyers next weekend too.  I would love to take DD to see Captain America just not so sure it is appropriate for her.

Yeah, I get that. As for "appropriate", we make an exception for marvel movies. She absolutely loves them & has seen them all in theaters. All of the iron mans, avengers, both Thors, the first captain America, & she's really looking forward to this one. She reads comic books & loves super heroes & the marvel movies are just something we make an exception for. Heck, she was carrying her Thor hammer around for a good part of this morning. She just digs super heroes. She understands that it's not real & they don't have much language but she knows better than to say those words & unfortunately hears them in the real world at stores or from big kids at the park. She looks forward to it every time there's a new marvel movie out though so we can't wait to take her. 4951

@Okiedokie:  I guess we'll rent Dallas Buyers Club during the week to avoid the weekend rush!

@Heathur: Our dd loves them too. I know it isn't Marvel but DH took her to see the Superman movie but it was just too dark and not a ton of fun for her. She can watch the Iron Man's over and over.  She loves the Avengers(we are taking her to see that one).  Her and my DH watch the cartoons all the time also.  I even like the HULK Smash.

It wasn't even that raunchy. It was a long movie. I loved Leo in The Great Gatsby. Loved that movie. It was so good. 4951

I enjoyed Dallas Buyers Club.  I did not like Wolf of Wallstreet at all.  No plot, no suspense.  Just a movie about drugs and sex.  4951
