>> i'm done with them.......cable/internet service/billing/lack of customer service,etc.....not worth the daily frustrations
@BowtieGuy: Â So what will you do for cable and internet? I've thought about Dish or DirectTV but we have a forest of trees around us and I'm not sure the satellite would properly work. Curious as to what others are doing to get rid of Suddenlink.
@QueenB: You'll probably be alright with Dish/Direct, ,all they need is one clear shot to the sky, they'll be able to find one I'm sure. I'd had both off and on, and prefer Direct by far. I'd go without before I went to SL, seriously, my mom moved here in Dec., I've had to deal with them more times for issues than I have with any of my providers combined in the last 10 yrs.I've got Direct for cable, and Centurylink for internet, CL has changed in the last 6 months, they have expanded their network, I think they are great. I pay $29 for 10 MBS, and get 10 consistently, never been down since I've had them.I miss being able to access the local channels with an antenna, like I did 6 yrs ago when I lived in Atascocita. Went 2/3 yrs without a cable bill, dealing with billing, service issues, ect. I rec'd perfect reception, but it ain't happening out here, unfortunately.
