The folks at Lowes mixed my color in the wrong paint. It was a more expensive paint than I've been using. They cut the price to the price of the paint I've been using. Was it a mistake and good customer service, or was it a promotional gimmick to get me to try the more expensive paint? I say the latter. 4951

real simple..why mix a batch of paint using the more expensive base so the customer can refuse the paint and it ends up in the 5 dollar a bucket mismatch sale cart? curb your paranoia..sometimes a mistake is just a mistake 4951

Hmmm.....Interesting observation, I might be able to take advantage of this....Maybe I should go buy a push lawn mower and see if they try to give me a riding one for the same price.... 4951

I bought an electric corded mower. It broke. They gave me a self propelled gas mower as a temporary replacement, while they sent the electric for repair. That was a year ago. I still have the replacement. 4951
