About a week ago we reported on an humble area grandmother who missed her shift at Memorial Hermann. Update:Her
car was discovered at a Greyhound bus station downtown with her keys and cell phone still inside. Shortly
before her disappearance she had borrowed luggage from relatives. It's
reported that her bank card was used about 20 hours after the
disappearance at a Hollywood ATM. Still no contact has been made with the woman. The question remains:What would cause a grandmother to uproot her life and go to California without telling any of her family members? 4951

Yeah, that doesn't sound right, was she mentally ill or going through a hard time? Leaving her cell phone means she is running from something or someone and doesn't want to be bothered. 4951

She was not mentally ill. Just because her card was used in Cali, that does not mean she was the one using it. Some people speculate that the police said she was in Cali to get heat off of themselves & those questioning everything. A one way trip to Hollywood from Houston via greyhound takes 36 hours, yet they discovered her card being used in Cali after her car had been in the parking lot for a day?? Something doesn't sound right. They could have pulled up ATM camera images to verify who was using her card too, yet they haven't. Something is off in the entire story. I hope she's at least safe. Prayers for her safety & for her worried family. 4951
