Y'all gave us amazing feedback for fried food!  But I noticed some people were concerned with us having some healthier food options on our menu.  What are some healthy foods y'all might like to see on our menu? 4951

Blackened fish. And not tilapia or mahi mahi...that's trash fish.

It would be great to have some low carb wraps. I can only eat wraps at home because nobody has low carb ones.

Would also be great if you had some type of crust for the fish that wasn't flour...something low carb friendly.

More low carb options would be great if you can't tell. Emoticon I get tired of eating meat and veggies when I go out to eat.

And of course I'm still hoping for that awesome salad bar! 4951

Good fresh salad with grilled/ blackened fish, big shrimp and chicken add ons. Anything grilled instead of fried. Grilled veggies as a side instead of French fries 4951

There is an item on Freshii's menu called the Bliss Bowl which is a bowl of brown rice with edamame, natural chicken, goat cheese, mushrooms, and other veggies, with a balsamic vinegar dressing.  It is MAJOR YUMM!  Freshii is all about fresh, natural proteins, low fat.  If you have a chance, take a look at their menu for inspiration (and for a complete list of BLISS BOWL ingredients).

I also love a dish called Ahi Tuna Napoleon with sushi grade ahi tuna, avocado, seasame oil, etc.
Full recipe here:  www.cookingchanneltv .com/recipes/ahi-tun a-napoleon.html  It is very versatile and can be customized to taste.  A caterer I use for business meetings, makes it and it is heavenly.  He just serves it on pita crisps, tiny toasts or good quality crackers.

Salads with lots of healthy ingredients like berries, nuts, etc. with a very exotic dressing is another great option.  4951
