Construction will take place Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is expected to be completed by May 5, 2014. During this time, west bound traffic will be down to one lane from the 2200 to the 1900 block of Northpark Drive. Council Member Dave Martin's office will follow the construction progress and update the community should there be any changes to the schedule. Homes available in Oakhurst, two directly across from me, easy access regardless of Kingwood Dr or Northpark traffic by exiting 59N at Townsend and taking Sorters Rd. secret route 4951
@mpjp0907: It is totally ridiculous b/c when it time for a service the cops are there! So why do they need a designated lane. I heard sooner or later a traffic light is going in at that spot. 4951
St. Martha Catholic church, its pretty big. I've always wondered why large congregations of church people require police assistance for ingress and egress. 4951
@QueenB, the new Catholic Church off of NP.They are also putting in a subdivision back there too, which isn't going to make the flow of traffic any less. Â That is the reason for all this work, more so than the Church.
