Well, I'm usually one of the last to jump on any band wagon, but since the movie will be coming out soon, I thought I would start reading "Fifty Shades of Grey." I'm only a couple of chapters into the first book, but I can tell this is going to be GOOD!

Does anyone know if the movie covers all three books or just the first? 4951

The movie doesn't come out until Feb 2015.  I think it is only based on the first book. 4951

I read one chapter just to understand what the buzz was about.I'll keep my opinion to myself.  I'm in short supply of opinions.  I've given so many away that I feel I must save them up. 4951

Well, you knew that was coming, but I promise to not slam the forum with the seedy details. I gotta tell you, though, the character names are quite colorful and a little on the exotic side.

Re: the movie, I hear there might be problems with the second guy slated to play Christian Grey. Seems he has to go back to wherever and start filming something else he stars in. I wonder if that with slow down the movie release. 4951

I was curious about all the talk, so I read the first book.  It's definitely written for young women with active imaginations.  The first book is all queasy anticipation.  I didn't bother reading the second or third. 4951
