Well after over $15000 in damage, hes gone and my husband is the one that decided that. I was ok with him having his own room and staying there and playing with him in there. So far Iv been through 2 living room sets, new carpet for the whole house, all new bedroom furniture, new sheet rock on 2 walls, all new window  blinds and 2 new ceiling fans, yes ceiling fans. I got to the point of playing with them for hours a day after watching my cat from hell and hoping that would help. He would literally chase my other cat to no end. If hes laying in my lap being petted and sees another animal hes gone to chase them hissing and meowing. All day and all night. Nala is a special character too but she was fine before he came along over a year ago. He scratched my dogs eye, nose and will bite and cling to her tail, a 65 pound dog. When all she was doing was napping at my feet. Trust me, if I could keep him I would. After trying to work things out for more then a year, my husband is done with it.
@Nicole4647: $15k in damages! Wow...I completely agree with your decision (I and/or my dh would have made it MUCH earlier, but that's just us). No way would I put up with anyone or anything destroying my house...no one would ever be able to justify that to me.
Sorry you had to make that decision, but it's your decision and not anyone else's who isn't standing in your shoes. Maybe you can find some peace now.
