My company gives us a lot of vacation time. Close to 5 weeks in the 1st year. Well here I sit on vacation with nothing to do. Anyone have any ideas about what to do for the next week? All I have to do is get my name changed on my passport, clean out my closet and switch banks and all that mess that comes with switching. Tomorrow is cleaning day but everything else I can think of is done. What are some other things that always need to be done but never get done?  4951

@lola: I was going to suggest volunteering, too, but I'm not sure if they require you to do a group class or training first? I hear you on funding, so I would probably do a pedicure, for sure, and then plan to see a couple of movies during the cheaper day hours. Have fun, whatever you choose to do!

I'm with Lola , volunteer at the local shelter. The animals there appreciate any human contact they can get & you will be rewarded with lots of love from the fur babies at the shelter . 4951
