>> OJ would have been convicted of murder if the State of California did not charge 1st degree pre-meditated murder, and screwed up the forensics. I read a book about it,, and they really messed things up.If they would have charged second degree murder, which means he did something to cause the murder, or did not INTENTIONALLY plan on it. We would not be talking about it.
@KTownTexican: They also had a stupid jury !!!  I watched the entire trial and I would have found him guilty !!
@GoldenGirl: VERY TRUE,,,, there is a book about the Defense Forensics investigator, Dr Henry Lee. He is the world renowned, forensics specialist that everybody today follows. He offered his services to California, and they said no, that they had their own specialist. So the defense hired him, and he tore apart the investigation. In his book he talks about a bloody fingerprint on a gate, which was found, but not collected for 3 days. He would not say who's print, but based on the result, it would have proved OJ was there. but since it collected days later,, in admissible. very good book by Dr. Henry Lee http://www.crimemuseum.org/oj_acquittal_trial_suit
