"It is amazing what healing hands can do! I personally am convinced that this young lady has healing hands. She is fantastic. Her speciality is medical and sports massage. I go in with heavy shoulders, aching neck and back and when I leave my shoulders are light and I do not ache anymore in my neck and back.

She is very considerate that you are comfortable, that she is not being too hard on you and you do get your full 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or whatever you signed up for. The paperwork and prep work do not take away any minutes of your massage.

Serious trainers, looking for people that seriously ,want to change or imporove their body and energy level. Funny thing I am finding the me, I use to be. Boot camp is hard but I am so proud of myself every time I finish.

My son trains there threee days a week. He does speed agility and pitching lessons.
