"FRAUDLENT!!! This company has no professionalism or understanding how to run a business. I schedule with this company twice, but do a death in my family could not make the first appointment, but called and rescheduled. On the second appointment no one ever showed and I called the young lady who had called the day before appointment on her cell to confirm with me. However, on the day of the appointment I called her serveral times inquiring about the team coming and she never answer her phone. Finally, three days later I was able to reach her and she told me the team came and wait on me for an hour, which not true. She then tells me they were not making any money off of me anyway, which at that point she confirmed what I knew all along they never showed. Would not recommend this company to clean my dog house if I had one."

"I was referred to Alexa Shine thru a flyer in my neighborhood. I called and placed an order for their carpet cleaning service. They sent an independent carpet cleaning company out to my home. I figured that this was no big deal.

The young man treated some stains I had and then cleaned my carpet.

A week later the stains were back and worse than before.

I never called and never complained that was my fault and I had some personal issues happening at the same time. This was in June, my carpet is awful looking now.

The service was not good and I would not reccomend them for carpet cleaning again."
