Well to make a long story short, Alexa Shine Maid Services did not get to keep the client, becuase Heavenly Maid Service was the clients prefered choice.

"This company was owned by Jan when I first came to Kingwood almost 6 years ago. They were very good while she was there. She sold the company (unbeknownst to her clients) to a couple who I believe still own it: Salina and Richard Fowler. Salina has been quite dishonest and unprofessional since she's been in charge, and most of the good maids left when she came onboard. If she is no longer there, then I apologize for the comments. I've had a lot of trouble finding a good maid service in Kingwood, and these folks were my worst experience. I would ask to speak to the owner and find out who's in charge."

"I used this service about 2-3 years ago for about 6-8 months. Not sure about now, but at that time, they were having issues: the owner was not living in the US (Mexico), maids were leaving, schedules were disorganized. Hopefully that has changed, but I would ask to speak to the owner and manager before you hire them and get guarantees in writing."

"Fantastic! This company is extremely professional, conscientious, meticulous and extremely detail oriented. Before I changed careers, I use to live on site for project management in corporate units with cleaning service across the United States and no cleaning service can hold a candle to this company. They do everything that is claimed in their flyer and more. They wipe each blind individually, dust light bulbs, fixtures, wash windows inside and out and much more. My husband and I left and upon our return, the house, smelled clean, fresh and the floors were so clean, we took our shoes off upon entry so as not to ruin their work. In addition, my husband and I both suffer from severe allergies and asthma and their work allows us to breath easier. No dust or allergens anywhere. We contracted them to clean our home once a week immediately! We would recommend them to anyone with confidence. Give them a try, believe me you will not be disappointed."

"I was referred to Alexa Shine thru a flyer in my neighborhood. I called and placed an order for their carpet cleaning service. They sent an independent carpet cleaning company out to my home. I figured that this was no big deal.

The young man treated some stains I had and then cleaned my carpet.

A week later the stains were back and worse than before.

I never called and never complained that was my fault and I had some personal issues happening at the same time. This was in June, my carpet is awful looking now.

The service was not good and I would not reccomend them for carpet cleaning again."
