I am an editor and writer with   years of experience of documenting software. As part of my current position, I coordinate large projects to completion within tight deadlines. I can quickly learn new processes and software, and I am an excellent communicator with many years of teaching experience. Work History / Experience:
Current Position:
From April            : Editor and technical writer for Reynolds & Reynolds, TX; a multinational corporation that develops key control and car dealership software. My duties include:
• Writing software manuals and help messages for US and UK customers
• Writing Program News articles (a monthly publication detailing new software features)
• Translating Program News articles and manuals for the UK market
• Writing release notes for UK software in British English
• Editing manuals and help messages
• Testing software and suggesting improvements/fixes
• Working with subject matter experts to understand new software
• Managing a large number of projects (     -        ) and guiding them to completion
• Coordinating a team to complete manufacturer-specific manuals and online support
