"My wife and I just moved to Texas and purchased our home in Kingwood just a couple weeks ago. We discovered that the Air Conditioning didn't work upon our home inspection. Since we bought it on foreclosure, it was up to us to get it fixed. Being from Buffalo, NY we knew nothing about air conditioners and was recommended by my realtor to call Charlie at MADD AIR. What a great suggestion! Charlie came out in no time, quickly found the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. I explained I had no idea on air conditioners and he taught me how to properly maintain it, where to keep the temperatures, where the filters are and how to change them as well. "I HIGHLY recommend the services provided by Lee Bass. We had repairs done to a bedroom after a water leak, we had solar screens installed, a new front door installed, and a faucet replaced. We paid what we were told it would cost, they showed up exactly when they said they would be there and I cannot find enough good words to explain the quality of work they did. The crew was pleasant, polite and extremely efficient and knowledgable. I was concerned about the ceiling that was repaired and it is an EXACT match to the texture that was currently on the ceiling. The technician they sent to me stated that I needed to replace the stop valve and internal valve for the toilet. Six months later my toilet is malfunctioning, and I lift the lid on the water tank to note the cheap plastic internal parts has broken.

The part looks more flimsy than the original one I had in the system, yet I paid $135 and the guy took around 35 minutes to diagnose and repair the system. The parts at Lowe's cost around $20, so that means labor was a whopping $115. I wouldn't even balk about the price had the part not broken so easily. I lived with my previous part for over 3 years with no problem, yet this newly installed part by Alpha-Omega broke six months later.

I called them to ask about their warranty, and have yet to receive a call back. When I called for service, of course, my phone call was returned in less than an hour. They clearly know why I called and do not want to discuss my concerns. A phone call back would have illustrated great customer service on their part, but perhaps they know that they are scamming customers.

Save your money and spend it with a more trustworthy company."

"Excellent personal service by Charlie! After suffering with an inefficient upstairs system for 8 years AND having at least 3 different local AC technicians from different businesses check it out WITHOUT being able to identify the problem, Charlie took a look at it and addressed everything we had been complaining about! We didn't even have to point out our complaints. His pricing is the best overall, especially with what he offers for annual servicing. His crew was exceptional, very clean, and personable to talk to. We are looking forward to continued servicing from Charlie, who actually blows out the lines yearly- something that no other technician has done,even though they've charged us mega bucks for servicing. Charlie's prices to come out for a repair, no matter if it's a weekend or after hours is the same, and is the best we've come across- less cost for MORE actual items checked off for the service. I'm used to AC techs being in and out in under 10 min and charging obscene amounts to do so. I am more than happy to recommend this young man and his business. If you want quality work by someone who is very knowledgeable, Charlie is the one to call!"
